During a visit to Temple City, California, I often watched flocks of wild parrots fly through the summer sky.

I also found a dusty 12-string guitar leaning up against the bedroom wall, so I tuned it up and played a few songs... then Jim offered the guitar to me.  So, this song is a song of thanks to Jim and Kim, and for the wild birds.

Rhythm and countermelody are on the 12-string.  November 2006.
